How Wayfarlo works
Wayfarlo is a new and growing property-discovery platform operated by Syndicate Hub LLC. It helps visitors explore rentals, stays, campsites, homes for sale and land, and connect with listers or original sources. Discovery links are not evidence of a partnership with the source.
Wayfarlo does not guarantee availability, ownership, title, pricing, suitability, safety or successful transactions. Review labels describe the review performed; they are not insurance, an endorsement or a guarantee. Confirm important facts directly before committing.
Accounts and fair use
Use accurate account details, keep credentials private and only act for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. The service is intended for adults. A free account is separate from paid lister membership.
Do not impersonate others, post discriminatory or illegal offers, send spam, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, manipulate reviews, or access another person's private records. Misuse or a credible safety or rights concern may lead to restricted account access or removal of content. Contact support if you believe a restriction was mistaken.
Listing accuracy and photo rights
Listers are responsible for truthful property facts, current status, lawful advertising, relevant permissions and any applicable property, rental or local requirements. Do not represent an unrelated decorative photo as an actual property photo. Aim to provide at least three accurate photos; placeholders are labeled when actual photos are not available.
Submit only material you own or have explicit permission to display commercially on Wayfarlo. Public availability, a media link or permission from someone without the relevant rights is insufficient. Keep authorization evidence and identify required credits or restrictions. You retain your rights; submission authorizes Wayfarlo to store, resize and display the submitted material for your listing, subject to the rights you hold.
Community listings require review before public visibility. Updates may require another review. A membership payment does not guarantee approval. Report stale, misleading or infringing content through listing and photo-rights support, including the affected URL and your concern.
Membership, cancellation and refunds
The standard lister membership is $20 USD per month, recurring until canceled. Taxes may apply. Any eligible trial and its end date are shown in your account; starting paid membership during a trial can bill immediately, as disclosed before checkout.
Cancel future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Contact syndicatehubllc@gmail.com from your account email to request cancellation before the next renewal. Include your account email, not card details or passwords. A message is a request; keep the cancellation confirmation.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact the same email with the relevant charge date and reason. No refund is guaranteed by this policy, and applicable mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Membership charges are separate from payments or deposits arranged with a property provider.
Requests, bookings and property transactions
Submitting a booking request or inquiry is not a confirmed reservation, lease, purchase or binding property agreement. The provider must confirm availability, price, cancellation rules and any transaction terms. Review those terms before paying. Wayfarlo does not promise escrow, rent guarantees or refunds for payments made to independent providers.
Check the person, property and payment destination. Never send sensitive financial or identity information in open messages. Translations, maps and street-view links are aids and may be incomplete or inaccurate. See the safety guide before making a commitment.
Reports, changes and your rights
Contact Syndicate Hub LLC through our support page for account, billing, privacy, safety or content-rights issues. Describe the relevant listing, request or charge without sending secrets. Our privacy notice describes current data practices and manual privacy requests.
These terms describe the current service and may be updated as it develops. They do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. Nothing here is legal, financial, real-estate or immigration advice. Jurisdiction-specific contractual and consumer requirements require further legal review; this page is not a guarantee of legal compliance in every country.
